Insurance

Pre-authorization to your insurance company is done for all patients for their pregnancy and regular office visits.

At the time of your visit, our office will contact your insurance company to verify the amount that insurance will pay for the needed service.  Any additional amounts owed such as your deductible and/or co-payment will be calculated for you.  (See Obstetric Patient Financial Responsibility below for specific instructions and costs associated with your pregnancy).

We accept payment from most insurance companies. 

A few insurance companies that we DO NOT accept or have only limited acceptance include: Beech Street, Secure Horizons, USA Health Networks, Commercial Health Plan (CHP) of the Rockies (OB accepted but GYN not accepted), Kaiser, Rocky Mountain HMO. and Colorado Access (OB accepted as long as it is not the 1st OB visit and GYN not accepted).

Paying for Uncovered Costs

If you do not have insurance or owe a deductible or co-payment, payment must be made prior to receiving service.
